I’d give them 0 stars if I could. My mother’s car was there in June and while there they did a coolant flush. Now less than 2 months later it has to goes back again. My husband called them told them there was a leak in the upper radiator hose and that we couldn’t get to it to change it ourselves. We weren’t allowed to give them the part we had already purchased at Autozone for $14.99. Today my mom goes to pick it up- $404 when all we wanted was for them to switch out the upper radiator hose. They charged her $115 for the same hose we bought for $15 elsewhere. Then they charge her $50 for a complete vehicle inspection which she didn’t need. Anything to make more money. What a ripoff. I don’t suggest you use them.

Took my 2015 Dodge Dart GT here to have the A/C fixed as the compressor had blown itself to bits. While here I also had them do a state inspection. Now I will state before anything else my car did leave with a rejection sticker for legitimate issues but this review isn't about that. Once getting the car home and starting to make repairs myself (because hey, I have the tools and know how and didn't want to spend the extra $2000 they quoted me for brake work) I started to notice some things they missed while performing the work. The A/C works great now HOWEVER, a lot of small items were overlooked in the engine bay. The entire air intake from the filter housing to the throttle body was not bolted back down. None of the clamps for the air intake hoses were tightened. The hold down bolt for the air filter housing is missing. The MAF sensor was not plugged back in. The caps are missing on the low and high pressure side of the A/C lines. As far as other repair work they told me my front caliper bolts were welded on. They are not. The previous owner of this vehicle did not want to buy a set of 8 point sockets and decided to weld a 19mm nut on top of them, looking at it for 5 seconds t

I would give a thousand stars if I could. I spent all morning trying to find my tire size, three different shops, no luck, and barely anyone willing to take the time to even look. Every place was slammed. When I called this location, they picked up immediately and told me right away that they had my size in stock and could take care of me ASAP. After the night and morning I’d had, that alone was a relief. When I arrived, I asked whether I should replace one tire or two. The front desk tech actually went out, checked my car, and gave me an honest answer, said the rest of my tires still had life left. It’s refreshing to go somewhere that isn’t trying to upsell you on things you don’t need. Then I realized I’d lost my wallet somewhere between all the shops I’d visited. As I rushed out, the team stopped me and offered to put air in my flat tire so I could safely drive back and forth to look for it,without me even asking. I found my wallet (thank goodness) and came right back. Just genuinely great service all around. They care about their work, they care about their customers, and they don’t make anything feel like a hassle or a money grab. Wish I knew the names of the people that

I brought in my EV to get a wheel alignment. I’ve known for a while that my rear adjusters need to be replaced just from experience with dealing with similar cars. I’ve gone to other locations to have my wheels aligned and they never mentioned this not even once they just kind of wanted me to get out the door. But today that changed the manager, Carl, took the extra time to explain why the car couldn’t be quite a line and it had to do with my adjusters and a few other parts that he recommended that I shop around for the best price. He took the time and explained things, well, not trying to sell me on a service. I sincerely value his honesty and the time that he took with me as a customer. If you got any vehicles services that you need for your car, stop by the Firestone at the Hiddenwood shopping center, where you will find honest professionals, and excellent customer service!
